Aug. 25 Update:
School bus transportation has improved since school started, but we continue to experience delays due to the statewide bus driver shortage. As we previewed in our Aug. 19 message, we need to update school bus pickup times for some students.
Starting on Monday, Aug. 29, school bus times for morning pickup of only middle school and high school students will be around 5 minutes earlier. By 6 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 26, you can check the updated pickup times for middle school and high school students at https://sc01916099.schoolwires.net/routes. This update does not apply to elementary students.
We are grateful for your flexibility as we continue to safely transport your children and work to limit transportation delays. You can email us at email@example.com, in addition to calling us at 843-873-6196. Moving forward, we will continue to update you if we determine more changes are necessary.
Aug. 22 Update:
We continue to listen to feedback and to address the problems caused by the statewide shortage of bus drivers.
Transportation appeared to improve overall again this morning and realize we can still improve in many aspects. Our goals continue to include recruiting more bus drivers, adding bus routes, reducing double runs, and limiting delays.
The new email that follows is helpful. Before you email us, please know there is a lot of information on this webpage. Please see the menu to the left.
If you're looking for a school code for the GPS tracking app, or trying to use the GPS tracking system, you can find that information here.
If you're looking for your bus stop times, please click here, then find your school and click the icon. Look at the route summary to find your neighborhood (if it doesn't load, there's a link below to download the summary, which will open on another page). Once you find your bus route, click the matching icon below the route summary to see the scheduled bus stop times. If you don't see a bus stop that matches, please contact us for assistance.
We would prefer to talk to you via telephone to more immediately address your concerns. However, there are times when the phones are extremely busy--between 6:45 AM and 9 AM and between 2 PM and 4 PM. If you have an emergency during these times, please call 843-873-6196, listen to the menu, and select the appropriate dispatch center for fastest service. If you get voicemail, that means all phone lines are busy. Please try the call again and see if you get receptionist at option 0. See below for the schools served by each dispatch center.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we make the necessary adjustments. If needed, we will consider adjusting bus routes/times. Our number one priority continues to be safely transporting students to school on time and getting them home at a reasonable time.
