• Prevention and Intervention

  • Prevention and Intervention (P&I) currently serves students in all grade levels, including evening school only students, those in a residential treatment facility (Palmetto) and at an alternative school placement (GAP). The primary focus of this department is to help students obtain viable credits to advance to their appropriate grade level and ultimately graduate from high school, preferably with their graduating class. ARHS P&I department helps students become successful by utilizing interventions such as, but not limited to building relationships with students and their parents, encouraging students to do their best in all classes and holding students accountable for their academic responsibilities.
