  • Self-Care is about creating an opportunity to focus and reflect on yourself.  There is SO much going on around us on Social Media, the news, friends and/or family, school. Self-Care is about respecting and loving yourself. Let yourself be you, know your limits and what your boundaries are. Find what works for you and practice so you are ready to take on the daily challenges that arise.
