    Amanda Gooch, School Nurse

A valid South Carolina Certificate of Immunization is required for every student attending school in South Carolina. “NO SHOTS, NO SCHOOL!” Doses documented on the immunization certificate must be valid doses according to accepted practice standards for the minimum age intervals. Your student’s physician and/or SC DHEC should be able to provide you with the required SC immunization certificate. If your child’s records are found to be incomplete you will be notified by the school nurse. You will then have 30 days to present a valid certificate or your child may be suspended from school until this is supplied by the parent or guardian. http://www.scdhec.gov/Health/Vaccinations/VaccinesNeededforSchoolAdmission/
