My name is Tarrah Meyer, and I am a 2003 graduate of Charleston Southern University where I earned a bachelor's degree in English with an emphasis in secondary education. I was the feature twirler of the CSU Marching Bucs from 1999-2003, and I was named Miss Charleston Southern University 2003 and Most Outstanding Education Major 2003. In 2009 I graduated from Southern Wesleyan University with a master's degree in education. This is my sixteenth year at Summerville High School and my seventeenth year of teaching. In addition to my teaching responsibilities, I am the LED of the Miss Green Wave and the Miss Dorchester County Scholarship Competitions, preliminary competitions to Miss SC, and the coordinator of Summerville High School's prom. Outside of Summerville High School, I teach baton lessons to students of all ages and enjoy spending time with my husband, son, and friends.
