River Oaks Middle School has transitioned to Distance Learning beginning March 18th through March 31st. During this time, I will have office hours Monday – Friday from 10:00am-11:00am and 2:00pm-3:00pm where I will be available to check and respond to any email correspondence. 

Student Learning Packets are available to all ROMS students, specified by grade level. These packets can also be accessed under the Class Files & Handouts link, as well as on the main page of the ROMS website.

Hello! My name is Janice Waters. I graduated from Winthrop University with a bachelors in choral musical education. This is my ninth year at ROMS and my twelfth year teaching. I love music and the arts. I truly believe fine arts makes the world go 'round! I am looking forward to an exciting year and making lots of great music together! :)

  • Hey all! Don't forget about the audition workshop tomorrow, September 30th, in the cafeteria. It will be held from dismissal until 5 o'clock. Please make certain you have transportation arranged to pick you up on time in the car rider loop. :)
