Welcome to Fort Dorchester High School. My name is Sara Dennis. I am excited to be a member of the Fine Arts faculty at Fort Dorchester High School. The 2018-2019 school year marks my 22nd year teaching. This year I will teach Media Arts I, Media Arts II, and Art III Honors. 
            I began my teaching career at Knightsville Elementary School, another amazing Dorchester District Two School, in 1997. I worked at Knightsville Elementary School teaching visual arts to students in grades K-5 until 2007. During the summer in 2007, I moved to Lexington, SC and began teaching in Lexington School District 1.   I taught Visual Arts at the Alternative Learning Center Lexington School District 1 for three years. During the summer in 2010, I moved back to the Charleston Area. Dorchester District Two has always felt like home so I was so excited to become a member of the Fine Arts Faculty at Fort Dorchester High School in August 2010.
