*I have three grown children:  Marissa, Douglas, and Kathryn. I also have two bonus children named Adam and Maddy.

*I am a pet lover and currently have 9 pets.

*I was a military brat who moved around a lot when I was little.  I was in the Air National Guard for 8 years.  I worked with the KC-135 refueler.

*I am beginning my 20th year of teaching.  I taught Science at Summerville High School for 6.5 years, Science and Math at Mears Middle School in Anchorage, Alaska for 5 years, and Science and Math at Ashley Ridge High School for 6.5 years. This is my second year at Rollings.
