Hello! My name is Evan Haight and I am the band director at Alston Middle School. I am thrilled to be here! This is my first year at AMS. Previously, I taught at Andrews High School for 2 years and Boiling Springs Middle School for 5 years. I am beginning my 8th year of education. I attended Furman University for my Bachelor's in Music Education and earned my Master's in Music Education from North Greenville University. 

I love spending time with my wife Christina and our golden retriever, Ellie. We are super fans of Furman basketball and attend as many games as possible! Go Dins!
