As we coninue on the Covid-19 break from school I hope eryone is completing the weekly workout.  Be sure to log all activities comleted.  Use the original form for the remainder of this week.  I have attached a new sheet for weeks 4-6.  Remember we will still honor the week of spring break so nothing is scheduled for that week.  At the bottom on the new workout log I have placed an area to log alterative entries.  I have also attached a PDF of alternative activities, especially for those non-athletes.  Feel free to use these activities however you must not use the same activity repeatedly.  Log these activities at the bottom of the workout log. Be safe and see yall soon.
