Pre-Registration for the Dorchester School District Two Extended Day program for students in grades K-5 begins Tuesday, August 4th.

Extended Day/Wrap Around Care will be offered with our traditional and hybrid model as we return to school. Completing the pre-registration form will confirm your interest in attending our program but does not guarantee your acceptance. Space is limited to 150 students per site. Once you are accepted, registration fees and weekly payment can be made on-line. You will be notified within two weeks of your acceptance.
Extended Day is offered to students enrolled in Dorchester School District Two School Based Instruction. School Based Instruction may include one of the three instructional models:
Traditional- LOW RISK:
- School Buildings Open. Students attend school five (5) days per week and receive face-to-face instruction. Preventative practices and health and safety guidelines will be followed.
- Extended Day Open. Students attend after school until - 6:00pm
Hybrid- MEDIUM RISK:
- School Buildings Open. Students receive face-to-face, instruction two days/week (M/T or W/Th) & three days of eLearning at home. Preventative practices and health and safety guidelines will be followed.
- Extended Day Open.
AA Schedule open Monday and Tuesday, 1:40pm-6:00pm
AA Schedule open Wednesday – Friday, 7:00am-6:00pm.
BB Schedule open Wednesday and Thursday, 1:40pm-6:00pm
BB Schedule open Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, 7:00am-6:00pm.
eLearning - HIGH RISK:
- School Buildings Closed for Students. Students receive eLearning at home until disease activity level allows a return to face-to-face or hybrid model. eLearning is the DDTwo instructional model used for COVID-19 and other emergencies. At a time when it is deemed safe, students will return to a physical classroom.
